"The current project is a Singer Light Six from 1930, one of only 3 or possibly 4 that exist. It had been off the road since at least 1970 hidden in a barn in Norfolk and vandalised by schoolboys. I have stripped it down to the chassis, re-made the rotten woodwork where necessary and sent the six-cylinder engine off to specialists for a rebuild. The body is aluminium which I have stripped back to bare metal with Paramose, which I have found to be the only thing that really works especially on soft metals where you can't use heavy abrasive tools.
There is still lots to do of course but it’s going well.
I have also carried out bare metal re-sprays on a Singer Junior 1928, Grey Ferguson Tractor 1948, Land Rover Series One 1958 and Land Rover Series 3 1973 using your stripper in the preparation."
